The place was neat with a hard-working staff. We loved our double room. The location was LOVELY, relatively close to a traditional water puppet theater.

I had a fantastic time, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. I loved that they had a complimentary full breakfast. Well-organized hotel located near to good restaurants and the centre and the Old Quarter.

The bed was really big, so we had a very good stay. Inner courtyard view, amicable staff. The location was ideal with easy access to shops and the markets. The lunch in Mediterraneo an easy walk to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

would like to come again if in hanoi. it was very clean with great staff. you can see inner courtyard from your window. moreover, free wifi was available.
